Richard Geer – President. With over 25 years in graphic design,
production and management, Richard has managed four graphics studios and led
two other businesses before launching Geer Communications. He was studio manager
at Clear Ink Corp. (Shugart Matson Young), and directed print team operations
at Chevron Corporation. Richard received his B.A. from the University of California – Davis.
Cheryl Scritchfield – Sales and Marketing. Cheryl’s
career spans over 20 years as a sales/marketing professional specializing in
marketing communications, internal and external communications, and brand awareness.
She has a print background and has held positions with high-tech companies such
as Flextronics International, Lam Research and Altera corporations. Cheryl studied
pre-law at University of California – Santa Cruz.
Barbara Lammers – Director of Finance. Barbara has been an integral
part of growing small businesses in the Bay Area for the last 25 years. She has
served as Controller for ERM West, Inc., Architectural Dimensions, and Clear
Ink Corp. Her experience also includes National Account Manager for a firm providing
customized accounting software. Barbara is a graduate from St. Mary’s College
in Business Management.
